- Familiarity with database performance tuning and optimization techniques.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Strong communication skills, capable of translating technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- *Responsibilities
- Develop technical solutions based on detailed business requirements and industry best practices, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Design, implement, and maintain data solutions that support operational efficiency and strategic initiatives.
- Understand and adhere to departmental processes and standards to ensure consistent and high-quality deliverables.
- Prepare comprehensive technical documentation, including specifications and process workflows, to facilitate development and maintenance activities.
- Monitor database performance, identify bottlenecks, and recommend necessary improvements or changes to optimize efficiency.
- Provide technical support for database operations, including upgrades, backups, recovery, and migrations, ensuring minimal downtime and data integrity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and third-party vendors to deliver seamless project execution and support.
- Offer coaching and mentorship to junior team members, sharing expertise to enhance team capabilities.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously improve database solutions and practices.
