Requirements
Must have:
- Strong UI/UX and/or front-end working experience - Experience building or contributing to design systems and component libraries - Significant experience with Figma, Sketch, or similar design tools - Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment - Background working on large, complex SaaS or enterprise products is desirable - Exposure to Golang and/or PHP is desirable - Experience with TypeScript or Lit Elements is desirable
Responsibilities:
- Own and improve the UI and UX across our customer-facing applications and internal tools - Design and maintain our design systems and component libraries - Ensure consistency and usability across new and existing features - Work closely with our engineers to define and implement production-ready interfaces - Balance design thinking with practical delivery - Collaborate closely with a highly technical, developer-heavy team - Get involved in a hands-on role within a fully on-site, fast-moving environment

We are building a large-scale payment orchestration platform that supports complex user journeys and enterprise-level workflows. This is a permanent, full-time role based in Fareham, Hampshire, working fully on-site five days per week.
