Requirements
Must have:
- Commercial experience in UI/UX Design and/or Front-End Engineering - Strong understanding of usability, accessibility, and responsive design principles - Experience with modern design tools such as Figma or Sketch - Experience contributing to or building design systems and component libraries - Strong communication and collaboration skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced, product-focused environment - Bonus: experience with TypeScript, Lit / Lit Elements, Go (Golang), PHP, or large-scale systems/platform development - Strong visual and interaction design capability - Clear, confident communication - Pragmatic mindset and strong problem-solving ability - Ownership mentality with the ability to see problems through from start to finish - Passion for creating clean, efficient, and scalable solutions - Bias toward automation and continuous improvement
Responsibilities:
- Design and improve user experiences across multiple web-based products - Create intuitive, responsive, and accessible UI layouts - Build and maintain scalable design systems and component libraries - Work closely with engineering teams to bring new features to life - Understand and improve existing customer journeys and workflows - Contribute directly to front-end implementation and product development - Help ensure consistency, usability, and aesthetic quality across platforms - Blend design thinking with engineering capability to influence product direction, user experience, and front-end architecture
