I am an experienced and safety conscious bus driver with a strong track record of providing reliable, punctual and courteous transportation services. I’m skilled in route navigation, passenger assistance and adhering to traffic and safety regulations. Committed to maintaining a clean and well for vehicle while ensuring the comfort and safety of passengers.
I start every shift by doing a bus inspection to make sure the vehicle is safe for running and service, I drive routes throughout Walsall, Bloxwich, lower farm & Birmingham routes. I pick up passengers, issue tickets and give change when they need it and manage refunds when needed. I do between 10-13hr shifts, on return back to the depo I do my safety vehicle checks and remove any rubbish then cash in before clocking out.

I make sure that everything runs smoothly and efficiently throughout the shift, medication is administered on time, the service users needs are met at their request and any personal tasks are carried out like housekeeping and stock count/ rotation. I make sure to maintain a good relationship with the service users family and friends while I help to maintain the service users social wellbeing eg meals, shopping trips, festivals and social gatherings as this goes hand in hand with their independence.

I do personal care throughout my shift including washing drying and hoisting, I make sure to stick to the protected meal times to work with the nurses for the correct time of medications. Social care aspects so when needed to be taken to appointments or hospital visits I attended and visits with family making sure they are comfortable and presentable how they like as well as shop visits helping them manage their money, running activity days to get services users active and engaged where they are able to socialise with those around them within the home.

I work here part time I do FOH greeting guests and seating them we only do table service so I look after the floor tending to everyone needs and make their experience as welcoming and enjoyable as possible explaining the drinks what’s gone into them and the back storys for them. When I’m on bar I am making drinks and making sure they are garnished correctly before sending them out, making people’s time out enjoyable and making sure that I take care of the customers needs working around allergies.

I am a supporter worker for a young adult with autism I help to maintain his personal care and hygiene. I prompt with medication when needed. I help to maintain his independence by taking him out to socialise with others whilst learning how to manage his own money. I prepare healthy and suitable meals for him whilst trying to get him involved with the making of the meal and always have to stay vigilant with his tremors due to having an affect with seizures.

my job role is a bar maid, we are a cocktail bar I love the different variety of drinks we offer nothing beats putting a smile on a customers face like a delicious cocktail that they love. I am also a front of house member which means greeting customers taking bookings and making sure they enjoy their experience with us from the moment they step through the door till the moment they leave, I do stock rotation and make sure to have a clean station at all times to ensure a smooth and efficient shift. My work position here included working a changed shift pattern every week (mornings,nights,afternoons), I worked on the track and kept perfect punctuality in order for the track to run accordingly my role included working independently and part of a team. I trained new team members up to the required standard, thought of ways to improve business for manufacturing I also worked a lot of overtime at any opportunity I had. Unfortunately I got laid off my job in February 2019

My role here included preparation, cooking and displaying food to look presentable and appetising for customers. The majority of this included making sure I had excellent customer skills to ensure a happy service for every customer, my responsibilities included using a till being able to cash up after a shift to deposit the money into the safe, using a coffee machine in order to make hot beverages for customers, keeping the shop to a high standard of hygiene & cleanliness, covering shifts when a team member is off, training up new members of staff and I find working under pressure during busy periods second nature to me as the shop was located inside new street train station and got busy every time there was a train. I also received a certificate for being a loyal employee while working here.
