I am a friendly, hardworking student looking for my first opportunity in retail. I enjoy meeting new people, helping others, and working as part of a team. My work experience in a hospital and primary school, as well as my role as a young carer, has helped me develop strong communication skills, patience, and responsibility.
I am reliable, eager to learn, and always willing to take on new challenges. I am excited to start my career in retail, where I can build my customer service skills, gain valuable experience, and contribute positively to a team.
During my work experience in a hospital, I spent time around patients, healthcare staff, and visitors in a busy environment. This helped me develop confidence when interacting with people and taught me the importance of professionalism, kindness, and good communication. I also observed different medical procedures and gained experience working in a setting where attention to detail and teamwork were essential.
I supported teachers and worked with young children during classroom activities. This involved helping pupils with counting, learning exercises, and other tasks throughout the school day. Through this experience, I developed patience, the ability to communicate clearly, and learned how to create a positive and supportive environment

As a young carer, I help support my younger brother and my mum alongside my studies. This has taught me a lot about responsibility, patience, and staying organised. It has helped me become someone who can stay calm under pressure, manage different commitments, and support others with understanding and care. I believe these experiences have made me mature, dependable, and a good team player.
