I currently work at McDonald's in Branston, where I have developed strong customer service, communication and teamwork skills in a fast-paced environment. My role involves accurately and efficiently packing customer orders, preparing drinks, working on the drive-thru and handing food to customers. I also regularly assist customers with queries and complaints, ensuring they are treated politely and professionally.

Working in a busy environment has taught me to remain calm under pressure, manage my time effectively, work well as part of a team and maintain a high standard of customer service.

During my time working at Pepes, I took on a variety of responsibilities, including customer service and packing orders, and I consistently approached every task with energy, professionalism, and a positive attitude. I served customers with enthusiasm, always ensuring they felt welcome, respected, and satisfied with their experience. Whether I was taking orders at the front counter, helping with queries, or handling complaints, I remained calm, friendly, and solution-focused, which helped build a good rapport with regular customers.

I also played a key role in the back area, carefully and efficiently packing orders to maintain high standards of accuracy and presentation. My strong work ethic, reliability, and upbeat personality made me a valuable member of the team. I take pride in being someone who can stay focused under pressure while still delivering great service.
