I am Hard working and conscientious, looking to expand my experience in a working environment while studying engineering at college. I have developed my customer service skills through volunteering for Oxfam and I believe that my attention to detail, coupled with my leadership roles whilst at Scouts, give an ideal base to build on.
During my school work experience I worked in the storage department of my local Oxfam. Following this week of experience, I continue to volunteer each weekend and have now done it for over a year, expanding my role. Since I’ve turned 16, I regularly serve customers and help them with any queries, I also handle money and I am still improving the breadth of my customer service skills. I also manage stock including pricing, labelling and ensuring the store is well stocked.
