I am a hardworking, reliable, and motivated person. I have some very particular skills, and I am always keen to learn new skills and develop the ones I already have. I am a polite and humble individual.
I do like to work on my own when suited, but I can work in a team very effectively. I would like to pursue my dream of pursuing a career in IT. This would be a great goal for me to try and achieve as I learn through my computing course, to later on apply these skills and use them later on in life.

During my current time at Node4, I was an apprentice in which I passed. I have dealt with Network connectivity issues, Active Directory issues, taking initial triage calls and ticket notes, learned how to keep calm under pressure and how to manage multiple issues at once and how to effectively communicate to the team about the issue. I spent time documenting and making knowledge-based articles for my teams to help advise on how to fix the issues, which I can show based on requests – I like to take pride in my work.

During my time at Home bargains I had used my previous skills from B&M Bargains to Home Bargains. What I learned from them, I brought to Home Bargains and used them. This included back stocking, how to stack shelves and refill them.
I also learned a new skill during my time at Home Bargains. I learned how to use a till and what to do in certain situations. My time there was short, but I learned so much, and it helped me understand a lot more about retail, allowing me to add it to my main knowledge of retail.
Charity Livestream Participant - NHS Livestream Event

During the summer holiday of 2020, I did a 12-hour charity livestream for the NHS, who battle against corona virus. I and 2 friends and I managed to raise £150 for the NHS, and they were very thankful.
Christmas Temp - B&M - Somercotes Nottingham Rd, Somercotes, Alfreton DE55 4JJ

During my time at B&M, I gained some knowledge when working with B&M, and I even picked up new skills, which would be helpful later on. At B&M I was a Christmas temp, for 12 hours a week, I knew the basic rules on how to stack and refill shelves, back stocking, how to clean shelfs and reducing prices. I learned how to work in a team and how it will benefit me in the future, especially in customer experience, which is very possible I will need later on in life.
Work Experience - Co-Operative - Somercotes, Derby Rd, Mansfield NG18 5BH

I took my weeklong work experience at Co-Operative in Somercotes. This was a good week. I had the chance to get to know how a shop/retail business works. I know the basic rules and knowledge on how to stack, refill shelves, back stocking, how to clean shelfs and reducing.
