Responsible for the upkeep and stock levels of put storage facility dealing with monthly stock takes for all vans I am responsible for and our storage facility . Dealing with delivery’s and returns of faulty or danged equipment and relevant paper work. Installation and maintenance of domestic and residential fire suppression systems from full installations to servicing and repairs on a variety of systems.

Main duties include receiving engineering drawings from drawing office and the fabrication of various items from steel and from GRP (Glass reinforced plastic) some of these items included but not limited to the fabrication of internal level flooring for of shire wind turbines, fabrication of blast screens for the national grid, building of platforms for the London underground and national rail, one of bespoke builds for various clients and other various building and fabrication roles. Use if cnc machines to input measurements from drawings to create holes and cut outs for fixings, use of wall saws, pull saws, table saws and chop saws to cut items to length and to mitre items to various degree of angle. Various other manufacturing and fabrication jobs also undertaken.
Also use of 4ton overhead crane for moving items around factory.

Main duties include manufacturer of items for the yellow goods sector. Jobs consisted of loading plasma cutting cnc machine bed with steel plates in various thicknesses between 12 and 20 mm using a 15ton over head factory crane to load the bed. Programming cnc machine with various programs to cut plate steel.
Use of machines own overhead crane to remove items cut of the steel. Maintenance of cnc cutting heads including head strip down and rebuild every 90 minutes of running and documentation of strip down and rebuild.

Main duties include assembly of vehicle subframes on a plant line. Running various machines on the build line to build separate parts of the subframe. Maintenance of welding cells and welding robots tip and wire changes robot reprogramming Safety checks on all machinery and quality checks on all parts made to ensure safety and no recalls on products. Stock takes and parts counted regularly to ensure correct amount of parts made and there hasn’t been a shortage.
