Formerly employed as a Senior Data and Product Analyst with a FTSE 100 Insurance Company, I am now looking for new opportunities!
December 2021 - February 2024 - Senior Data and Product Analyst
As well as the duties included in the previous roles in the Admiral Group, they include direct people management, development, coaching and training of a team of 6 individuals while reporting directly to the Team Manager and operations manager. Direct coaching included developing 1 - 2 team members to assist with the analysing and interpreting of Telematics Data for support functions.
As well as this, I trained to investigate and resolve customer complaints about the quality of service in the management of their claim.
December 2020 - December 2021 - Data Analyst
Role include those duties from April 2017 in the previous position as a correspondent, with the new job role and title formalised. Additional responsibilities include managing and delivering management information on the development and performance of new and existing products.
December 2014 - December 2020 - Claims Correspondent
Direct communication with Customer and Third Parties by both telephone and written correspondence, managing an individual case load and resolving liability disputes, settling outstanding invoices and disputing costs.
Duties in a specialist Telematics area, taken up in April 2017, include analysing and interpreting data captured by customer Telematics devices to assist with the investigation of Liability, Insurance Fraud and litigation areas, supporting up to 100 individuals across with their investigations. Additionally, liaising with internal product stakeholders and external partners on the improvement of Telematics Systems and their deployment in Claims Management as well as delivering classroom and virtual training on interpreting Telematics Data to staff of all levels, training/delivering top-up training to over 200 individuals.
