In this role I worked dynamically in a busy, deadline driven office environment where I was the main point of contact between customers, contractors and management. My main responsibilities are daily resource and task allocation, ever changing business needs are met whilst ensuring the team meets strict deadlines. I was also responsible for conducting house surveys for upcoming jobs and assisting with removals during exceptionally busy periods, as well as liaising with customers and processing cash and digital payments.
