• Coordinate and lead the team to ensure the consistent delivery of optimum person-centered care to residents, guiding Carers and Senior Carers to work effectively within their defined roles.
• Implement the Infection Prevention and Control Policy requirements at all times to maintain a safe and hygienic environment.
• Enforce safeguarding measures to protect residents from abuse and negligence, ensuring adherence to established protocols.
• Escalate clinical issues and concerns requiring input from the Nursing Care Manager or Deputy Manager in a timely and organized manner.
• Administer medications, including subcutaneous and intramuscular injections, insulin, and emergency EPI pens, safely and effectively.
