- British Heart Foundation, Volunteer, March 2023 – May 2023
I volunteered at the British Heart Foundation charity shop where
I worked on the till; managed the shop floor; sorted, tagged, and priced products such as clothing, books, toys, dishes, and accessories; and
marked down the prices of items on the shop floor. Through this I learnt how to
communicate effectively with customers of all different backgrounds, ages and disabilities as well as
developed my people skills.
- Popeyes, Front of House, May 2024 – Present
At Popeyes I am a joy maker, Front of House staff which means it is my job to face the customers as in
serving them, greeting them at the door and working the till, while doing this I have a polite, friendly and approachable manner and I give exceptional service with a smile to all customers no matter how stressed or busy the store may be. As well as dealing with customers, I also work Back of House where I
make the side foods, milkshakes, packed orders and make sandwiches. In this job I have learnt how to
efficiently multitask.
