○ Consistently reviewing our compensation packages and reviewing them against market trends
○ Set up and involved in many events such as Women in Silicon Roundabout, Cloud ExPo
○ Advocate for Diversity hiring
○ Weekly/Daily Sync ups with stakeholders to catch up on recruitment needs, market updates and process feedback
○ Extensive use of Linkedin, cord, hired, Workable, internal advertising. Currently involved in onboarding more resources with the wider team
○ Processing candidates, offers and admin via Workable as our ATS
○ Onboarded Hackerank as a coding tool for interviews
○ Revamped the interview process to make sure it was more streamlined and smooth
○ Effective use of data to help identify different flaws in the recruitment process
○ Work closely with the Chase recruitment and engineering team to help with integration
○ Helped grow the business by 150 people in 2022
○ Decreased the time to hire from 37 days to 10 days
