I have a full clean driving license and am an experienced driver. I am focused and feel I can cope with targets in my work. I am computer literate and have knowledge of spreadsheets/databases. I am willing to learn and gain experience and knowledge in my work.
I also have experience in animal care roles which are not all listed. I have most recently been working as an auxiliary nurse in an animal hospital working the out of hours shifts. I have previously worked in a grooming parlor for two years and also worked with large animals doing liveries on the yard I live on.
My passion is animals having done animal BTEC at college and having owned dogs and horses all my life. I feel I have a lot of skills, compassion and patience when it comes to animals.

Currently working at the hospital working the out of hours. I am working as auxiliary nurse and I am absolutely love the job but unfortunately can't continue to work nights. I have learnt lots of new skills at the hospital. I have been here now over 3 years working with one Vet and one qualified nurse evenings. As there is minimal staff on nights I get to do lots of hands on. I have customer service skills and have experience of dealing with clients in emergency and critical care too.

When working here I was a receptionist and I got to do a lot of animal care as we didn't always have a nurse. I was able to have experience with the animals helping with bloods and running them, holding animals and helping with nail clips. I also did the kennels cleaning and feeding and monitor the animals after ops. I was also able to help with the discharge of the animals.

My role is varied as I cover other members of staff whilst absent so I have a number of different tasks. I complete sales leads daily and pass to relevant reps to deal with. I complete sales orders on a regular basis, which involves inputting the order for the customer, and also deal with the follow up of the order.
I input contracts on to the system and also add on to existing contracts. I deal with incoming and outgoing calls to customers. All office duties are completed within my role. I invoice for some of the customers including large account ones which I first have to check paperwork and complete spreadsheets for to show all the collections and locations.
I also attended meetings with customers to discuss accounts and any changes needing to be made. I covered in service office for some time too which including being the customer first point of contact. Arranging services and discussing customer queries and requirements.

Currently working on the CSA contract, dealing with customer service and administration. This role includes admin duties and a large part of the role is contacting customer for information gathering. Also negotiation work is done on arrears cases.

I am currently working at Hill Hire which is a truck and trailer Rental Company, my job includes both administration and customer service. I am in charge of getting the insurance for each customer and as I team we make sure the customers get everything they require. I also do invoice numbers for charge for equipment hired on a weekly basis, as well as all day to office duties which include faxing, filing, photocopying and incoming and outgoing calls.

Whilst I was working at London Scottish I was in charge of a small office in absence of manager. There were five others in office and so was in charge of allocating work to the debt collectors and sales reps. I dealt with customers face to face and on the phone.
This was a loan company and also did cheque cashing which also involved doing credit searches and working out percentages. Also contacting issuers of the cheque to confirm payments. I also dealt with cash handling including all banking duties.

I only worked here for a short time as the office I was at closed down, whilst I was here I worked in the office and dealt with the public who were coming in to do there courses. I completed enrolment process with the students and also went through the process of finding them the correct courses for their needs.
