I have worked as a warehouse operative where I have picked items for delivery, sorted items into different sections for delivery. This was a role which I have completed and has provided me with essential knowledge and experience on how a warehouse is run to obtain a greater customer satisfaction, working towards deadlines and high demand times. At my time at hello fresh I’ve also worked as a team leader where I supervised workers and made sure everyone was working the part and to the best of their ability.

I also provided feedback where necessary and made sure team strengths and weaknesses were reported to management, additionally I made sure deadlines were met and made sure goals were set. I’ve also kept the team members always motivated and committed.

Warehouse operative - Ocado

(2020-06)

Loading and unloading people’s food orders for deliveries and also packing orders into frames ready for despatching, this was a fast paced environment and I was working to the target required and also I worked different departments and I did extra totes and stand up supervisor in Ocado and I have plenty of experience in despatch areas such as frame load ,loading and unloading trailers/vans and dekit. I have also worked as a full stand up coordinator for past months and have gained a lot of experience in working towards a supervisor role and has helped me gain more confidence and knowledge in the role.
