I worked at maitrise hotel in the corporate section of security and I had to carry out a range of different tasks such as conflict resolution, risk assessments, giving great customer service, taking quick initiative with decision making. I gained most of my conflict resolution from this role and how to quickly solve a customers question. I also gained the ability to keep focused under pressure whilst multitasking.

Hospital Security Officer - whipps cross hospital - Leyton

I worked as a hospital security officer at whipps cross hospital in Leyton between late 2022 to summer 2023 and I carried out a range of different roles, from doing security in the emergency department to also doing security by the main reception. maintaining order and safety throughout the premises and protect buildings, valuable items and other property from theft, fire and other harmful situations. My experiences have helped me gain better verbal and non verbal communication as well as increased experience in conflict management and first aid. At times I had dealt with very difficult and aggressive customers so I would try develop a rapport with them.

I worked as a door supervisor in Chelsea football club between spring 2021 to summer 2021 and I carried out a range of different tasks.

• Being responsible for fans getting to their seats
• Deterring anti social behaviour
• Making sure there's a overall safe environment
• Assessing areas in which the away fans and home fans would get into disputes and problems by calming people down
• Ejecting people when necessary

RTT Validator - London

• Liaising with and working across various sub specialities to support RTT target delivery
• Validating actual breaches of patient access, pathway targets and identifying potential future breaches
• Validating on averaged 60-80 cases and accepting or declining the RTT Position
• Interrogating CRS/EPR clinical systems source in order to establish patient progress and with their clinical pathway
• Retrospectively validating closed breached pathways to support the end of month data submission
• Producing breached analysis for operation teams
