I have over 18 years experience working within the Social Care Setting.

Specifically supporting people with mental health issues, Learning Disability, Substance Misuse and Autism. My work has been to promote independence including housing support, employment support, effectively managing the client’s social wellbeing. I am able to assess needs, identify risks and develop support plans with the client to enable them to live independently in the community.

I have experience of working within a small team where everyone’s' role is valued. I am able to work independently with limited supervision and also to work alone. I am reliable and responsible and as a team member.
