• Leading of design packages and liaising with clients, design team, consultants, contractors and professional parties.
• Managing internal Design Programme and monitoring the Project Programme, Cost Planning and Sustainability Targets of the project.
• Provide input on forming the Design Brief and ensure design and specifications meet the Employer’s Requirements.
• Preparing Planning Application drawings and documentation, liaising with planning/conservation officer and supporting public/internal consultation processes.
• Preparing Tender Submissions, producing architectural drawings and Designer’s Risk Register.
• Snagging and site investigations checking against drawings and specifications.
• Chairing and attending meetings with design and construction team.
