I am a Care Assistant in a care home service for adult with four months of experience in care in the UK. Registered with SSSC. I am a dedicated, compassionate and handworker who is passionate about impacting positively in the lives of every service user. I enjoy working as part of a team to achieve common goal. Responsibilities

• Assisted residents to complete activities of daily living, including bathing, feeding and toileting; helped residents to clean and maintain eyeglasses, dentures, and hearing aids.
• Provided preventive care to resident by positioning and applying skin care treatment to prevent/treat sores and transferred resident’s utilizing electric /manual equipment and lifting devices.
• Collaborated with personal/key support workers, nurses, nutrition specialist, dieticians, physiotherapist, clients, and families to define care needs and ensure delivery of high-quality services.
• Assessed resident well-being including vitals, weight, and daily input/ output; documented and report changes in health status to supervising health care provider.
• Observed and reported residents behavioral, emotional, and physical statuses, documented restraint usage and related interventions.
• Cleaned and organized residents’ rooms replaced soiled linen and remove trash from all rooms.
• Administered medications as required.
