BACP Registered Counsellor with a BA (Hons) in Counselling and Psychotherapeutic Relationships from the University of Warwick and over eight years of experience supporting vulnerable children, young people, adults, and families experiencing complex emotional, social, and safeguarding challenges. My counselling practice is integrative, trauma-informed, and grounded in person-centred values. I provide a safe, compassionate, and non-judgemental environment where clients can explore their experiences, develop self-awareness, and work towards meaningful change.
Alongside my counselling work, I have extensive safeguarding and family assessment experience, supporting individuals and families affected by trauma, domestic abuse, grief and loss, neurodiversity, mental health difficulties, family conflict, and social disadvantage. I have significant experience working with migrant families, culturally diverse communities, and clients requiring interpreter support.
