I am a soon-to-be qualified Occupational Therapist graduating from the BSc (Hons) Occupational Therapy programme at the University of Plymouth. I am a motivated, compassionate, and reflective practitioner with a strong interest in frailty and intermediate care services. I am committed to delivering person-centred, evidence-based care that promotes independence, functional ability, and quality of life.
Through my practice placements, I have developed skills in holistic assessment, goal setting, discharge planning, and multidisciplinary team working across acute and community settings. I am confident in adapting my communication style to meet individual needs and supporting people with a range of physical, cognitive, and psychosocial challenges.
