I have recently qualified as a level 2 Gym Instructor straight after my 2-year course at college (level 3 Sports Diploma). This is largely driven by the fact that I am an ambitious, energetic, reliable and efficient student and worker. Aided to this, I am a quick learner and proactive team player, eager to apply a strong work ethic.

My work and college experience has given me sound knowledge around public safety, risk assessment, emergency response, safeguarding, incident reporting, crowd dynamics, health and safety regs, customer service/front desk assistance, equipment setup, gym floor assistance, health and safety and first aid.

• Barrier supervision and managing spectator entry flow and assisting them with mobility issues and car parking guidelines.
• Providing guidelines for away fans and ensuring public safety protocols and spectator code of conduct are followed.

Cricket Scorer - Church & Oswaldtwistle Cricket Club

• Having a good understanding of the game of cricket, including the rules, terminology, and scoring systems. Keeping track of runs, wickets, overs, and other essential details.
• When scoring, ensuring every ball and its outcome is recorded in the scorebook, scorecard and online, such as runs scored, wickets taken, and the manner of dismissal.
• Regular communication with the umpires, players, and other officials during the game, and ensuring that the score is accurate and up to date.

• Customer service and front of house, reception duties, tour guide, admin support. Shadowing qualified staff including poolside, gym.
• Facility preparation (setting up sports equipment), cleaning and safety monitor, equipment room assistant.
• Gym floor monitor and helping users with machine settings and health and safety Demos, cleaning of equipment.
• Learning Health and safety protocols, including first aid.
