University graduate in Wildlife conservation from Nottingham Trent University. Highly motivated individual with a strong knowledge of conservation on a practical and theoretical basis. Confident at working within a team after many years of experience in doing so within a variety of different job roles.

From experience within wildlife parks on placements at college and university, my skills in public speaking have increased greatly, some examples of this include, giving keeper talks to the general public and teaching children about the importance of wildlife and the natural world.

Main responsibilities involve supporting people within financial difficulty in regards to their mortgage accounts.
Within the first year of working in the role I achieved additional training including Litigation support, sensitive and vulnerable customer support, and bereavement.
Achieved a high understanding of complex banking systems when working through a migration period.

During my time at college I volunteered at Kingsley Bird and Falconry Centre. My role at the center included daily husbandry, feeding duties, and bird shows. The shows included taking birds of prey to various locations performing handling sessions and flying demonstrations. From this, I feel that I gained a greater understanding of the education side of conservation.

Voluntary - Blackbrook Zoological Park/Peak Wildlife Park

Blackbrook Zoological Park was a placement during my college course. This placement was invaluable in my early journey of conservation. During my time at the park, my roles included feeding, general husbandry, and performing educational keeper talks and experiences for customers of all ages. From this experience, I understood that this was an area of wildlife conservation I intended to gain further experience.
