I am was previously a student at Middlesbrough college studying T-level Digital Support Services, where I studied such areas as Digital Support, Network management, Troubleshooting, Network Cabling, Ethics, impact of digital, Legislation and regulatory requirements, Business Context and Digital Environments.

I have learned Front of house skills from my previous employer so I am able to work in a fast paced environment and work with people.

Job experience

Front of House Staff - The harbour view - Marina, Hartlepool In my previous job role , I learnt the skills needed to work in a fast paced environment and developed my customer service skills, the duties I was given within this role consisted of serving food, cleaning, typical restaurant duties and communicating with customers and answering queries.

Due to my college course being a T – Level , a work experience of 315 hours in the IT sector is mandatory.

I worked at One IT services in Blackburn House in Stockton-on-Tees, TS18 3TX, where I handle such things as Configuring devices and fixing different devices such as computers and laptops.
