IT engineer from the age of 16 to present day, during each of the Summer/Christmas/25 half term holiday breaks. Currently working on Fridays on a weekly basis due to having no college on this day. Overall, I am a dedicated IT Support professional with hands-on experience configuring desktops and laptops using Gold images, deploying and maintaining printers across multi-site environments, and delivering reliable first-line technical support.
Also skilled in workstation setup, network connectivity, hardware troubleshooting, and resolving user access issues. Known for strong communication, effective workload prioritisation, and the ability to work collaboratively with technical teams and non-technical departments to ensure smooth day-to-day IT operations.
