Front & Back of house hospitality at FourEighty (2024-07 – 2025-01)
Employed as primarily a dish washer with expanded responsibilities including waiting tables and equipment management. Responsible for turning around crockery, mugs and coffee processing equipment, managing utensils post machine cycle as well as other equipment within 5 minutes. During tenure, the barista team never ran out of equipment.
Waited approximately 30 tables for sit-in customers, employing customer service skills to ensure customers felt at home in a friendly environment. Split responsibilities required creative time management, such as using serving trays to collect equipment from other tables and stocking barista supplies during dishwasher cycles.
Volunteer at Billericay Food Bank (2024)
Volunteered for several years assisting in delivering produce to homes in the local area and in the food bank distribution centre. Deliveries operated in short windows when recipients were available with each team member required to make 4 deliveries in their allotted time. In distribution centre, organized stock, assembled hampers for different sized families and accommodated various religious and health dietary requirements.
Volunteer - Catering at The Coopers Company & Coborn School (2024)
Volunteered at school's fireworks night every year until leaving for university in 2024. Operated catering working the food stand doing meal prep, serving hundreds of customers within a short 4-hour window.
