Whilst working with the highly trained and qualified re-ablement team I was trained to make phone calls to pharmacies and chemists around Leicester and administer blister packs to those who needed them this enabled me to gain confidence in talking in a professional manner over the phone. While on duty I often went to patients' homes to carry out after care re-ablement duties as well as conducting health and safety checks upon arrival.

My seven-and-a-half-hour day consisted of monitoring iPhones, iPads and Macs ensuring they reached their desired location intact being carefully packed and that the serial numbers must always matched. However, if they did not match, they were relabelled as a mismatch and sent to another location within our warehouse to be processed again and to find where said iPhone, Mac or iPad must go. This job gave me the training required to be tech savvy and gain confidence in using technology and gain an insight on how iPhone, Macs and iPads must be stored.
