About

I am an experienced hospitality deputy manager with over 10 years of customer-facing venue experience and five years in leadership roles, now looking to transfer that background into events, venue operations and delivery. I can bring a strong blend of front-of-house leadership, practical operational coordination and guest experience management, with hands-on experience across rotas, stock, cash, compliance, team training and event support. I am a keen learner, able to adapt quickly whilst maintaining reliability and flexibility, always striving to go above and beyond in my role to push myself and my team forward.

I am able to remain a calm, reliable point of contact in busy live environments, keeping service moving, briefing teams, solving problems quickly and making sure staff, guests and departments remain aligned.
