I work for a company that specializes in product launches, high profile events and weddings. my job rolls include the set up of lighting and sound equipment and operating this equipment on live events. i also take the 3d renders we have created with the clients and turn them into a real life product that then take to the chosen event space and transform this space for the live event. during this fabrication process i work with all sorts of materials such as wood, steel, aluminum and plastics. i do a lot of carpentry, metal fabrication and welding, plastic and aluminum cutting. i am trained to use CNC machines as well as laser cutters and also program them to cut what is required.
