• Daily monitoring and welfare assessment of 50 pens of livestock, maintaining accurate records and ensuring full accountability
• Adjusted feed weights according to gestational cycles using applied knowledge and veterinary guidance, exercising independent judgement
• Managed livestock group dynamics from experience, relocating animals deliberately to prevent conflict and maintain welfare standards
• Administered vaccinations and health procedures in line with veterinary guidelines, monitoring and responding to welfare needs proactively
• Maintained and repaired equipment independently, prioritising issues to minimise disruption to operations
• Kept detailed records across animal health, pen data, and compliance requirements, consistently meeting standards without oversight
• Identified and implemented process improvements across planning and daily operations without instruction
• Operated heavy machinery on site safely, with formal training and extensive practical experience
• Communicated formally with HR in writing, compiled evidence for potential ACAS involvement, and challenged organisational policy constructively
