Starting from a rough billet loading the Chuck with the part facing off machining to size then backing off the bearings ready for fitting.

Operating 5 axis machines using fanuc controls ensuring the beds are correctly prepared and parts loaded ready for machining.

• Inspecting all parts to a max tolerance of 0.25mm using different types of equipment.

Warehouse Operator - Doby Verrolec-Stanley

Driving counterbalance trucks and reach trucks working from dispatch notes to correctly get the orders for loading of the wagons. Unloading wagons when they came to the warehouse with stock.
