I initially started out as a chef and quickly progressed onto more management role within the hospitality industry. I spent many years driving around the country working at business events, festivals and weddings. Recently I have been working with enterprise Rent-A-Car as a vehicle specialist and also training part time with St Jameses Place financial advice.
Initially starting out in the working world as a chef. I worked in many different restaurants around the south west of United Kingdom also travelling to Australia and France to work in International cuisine restaurants. Most recently I have decided to leave the catering industry and would like to join some form of civil service, either as an officer or more specifically a traffic officer.
I went to college for two years to get my full catering diplomas. I also have level 4 diploma in financial services and regulations and also level 4 diploma exam in pure protection.
