I work in health and social care
I lead a team of staff on a regular basis, instructing and delegating tasks. I create PCP, PBS and Risk Assessments for individuals. I liase with multidisciplinary teams such as advocates, social workers, LD nurses and the individuals families. I assist vulnerable adults on a day to day basis to help them reach their full potential of independence. This will include jobs of cooking, cleaning, shopping, living skills, financial etc. I regularly lead charge of the house when management are not available.
Successful in completing my QCF Level 3 in Health and Social Care
