I am a Civil Engineer & Project Controls professional with over 10 years’ experience delivering complex, high‑value construction programmes across aviation, hyperscale data centres, highways, and major infrastructure. I am highly proficient in developing programmes from first principles, validating progress through site inspections and as‑built records, and producing recovery and “what‑if” scenarios to mitigate delays and cost overruns. I bring strong commercial awareness, regularly supporting change control, compensation events, extensions of time, and claims strategy across multiple contract forms, while maintaining contractual compliance.
