I am a Civil Engineer & Project Controls professional with over 10 years’ experience delivering complex, high‑value construction programmes across aviation, hyperscale data centres, highways, and major infrastructure. I am currently based in London, United Kingdom, and am actively seeking relocation opportunities to the United States, with a clear ambition to contribute my expertise across data centre, aviation, and major infrastructure programmes in a scheduling and/or project controls management role.
I have led the development, control, and recovery of programmes within security‑critical and operational environments, including, Highways, Heathrow Terminal 5/3 and a €305m Google hyperscale data centre project. I am recognised for providing robust, data‑driven insight to stakeholders, enabling informed decision‑making on time, cost, risk, and commercial outcomes.
I have extensive experience in CPM scheduling, Integrated Master Scheduling (IMS), Earned Value Management (EVM), delay analysis and Quantitative Schedule Risk Analysis (QSRA), with advanced use of Oracle Primavera P6 and supporting planning tools. I am highly proficient in developing programmes from first principles, validating progress through site inspections and as‑built records, and producing recovery and “what‑if” scenarios to mitigate delays and cost overruns. I bring strong commercial awareness, regularly supporting change control, compensation events, extensions of time, and claims strategy across multiple contract forms, while maintaining contractual compliance.
I offer a rare blend of hands‑on site engineering experience and strategic planning leadership, ensuring programmes are both constructible and credible. I have led and mentored planning teams, chaired collaborative planning and risk workshops, and influenced multidisciplinary teams, subcontractors, designers, and client representatives. I am a strong advocate for Health & Safety leadership, quality assurance, and transparent reporting, with experience leading compliance tours, safety audits, and quality process development on live projects.
I am technically adept in delivering highly secure and access‑constrained projects, with a proven ability to communicate and present complex programme, schedule, and risk information through clear presentations and executive‑level narratives.
