An evangelist of Agile, and I have successfully championed the use of Agile methodologies on various projects. I have worked extensively in agile environments on web, digital, mobile, and SaaS projects to deliver medium to large-scale projects on time and on budget by effectively collaborating, facilitating, leading and coaching multiple Scrum teams.
I have been involved in the Agile transformation of organisations stuck in the traditional “Waterfall” project management, also coached pseudo-agile teams to identify a streamline between both Waterfall and Agile methodology. As a hands-on scrum master, I have introduced and implemented Basic Agile Delivery/Scrum in start-up development teams, and developed them to an Advanced Agile Lean Delivery level.
