• Analysed legacy applications, shadowed Business Users, document the ‘As is’ process, created Business Architecture Diagrams, Process Design Documents, HLD, LLD for the new process.
• Analysed requirements for process workflow changes, changes to data model, data transformations required, Business Rules needs, new UI requirements and determined modifications required to the existing UI screens with UX designers.

This involved the upgrade of the current system to Next-Phase platform used to eliminate every manual process in the dispensary to fully become automated.

• Worked closely with the Product Owner to gather the requirements for the project. 
• Created my EPICs on JIRA and then went ahead to write my user stories and acceptance criteria. 
• Assigned priorities to user stories whilst working collaboratively with the Scrum Master and Product Owner.
