I am a hardworking and experienced individual with several years of experiences in various health care sectors, providing health care support services with other team members to people with diverse disabilities and health issues. We were able to manage patients grooming, serve meals, make patients feel comfortable, feel loved and render supports to residents etc. I am an effective communicator and always keen to learn new skills that will make me better in my role.

Supporting/assisting clients with their immediate needs such as Meal preparation, Washing, personal hygiene, dressing, personal care, feeding, assisting clients to move around etc
Regular check on clients at intervals and document the client status as at visit.
Assisting in administrating medication in accordance with written care plane created by health care provider or doctor
Assisting clients in and out of bed
Bathing and dressing of clients
