Responsibilities to open and Close FOH. I'm able to work well under pressure especially during the busy days when the venue first opened during summer. The Venue itself can hold up to 300 people and on a busy day in the restaurant alone we can have up to 160+ covers. Organizing what needs to be done and where staff should be, can be supervising up to 10 - 14 members of staff on the floor.
