I am a motivated and disciplined Year 11 student, and recently finished my GCSEs, recognised for my strong leadership skills, commitment, and positive attitude. I have consistently taken on responsibility within my school community, particularly through leadership roles in sport, where I represent my school with professionalism, teamwork, and resilience. These experiences have strengthened my ability to lead by example, communicate effectively, and perform confidently under pressure.

Project Manager - Vodafone HQ

During my work experience at Vodafone, I worked closely with a Project Manager who had over 20 years of experience as a software engineer. This opportunity gave me valuable insight into how large technology projects are planned, developed, and delivered within a global organisation. I observed how software projects are managed from initial planning through to implementation, including setting objectives, managing timelines, and coordinating teams.

• Learned how progress is tracked using milestones, data, and performance indicators
• Gained understanding of how technical and non-technical teams communicate effectively
