Placement Engineer: Trained to work in several departments that includes Lamination, fitting/assembly, inspection, design, and management:

• I am confident working under pressure with delivering high quality results.
• A highlight of the placement was my role as a project manager assigned by the chief engineer to learn, adopt and implement CT scanning of engine components using MYVGL software.
• Finite Element Analysis and failure testing were key procedures in the process.
• The same time, effectively coordinating the team leader, designer, and inspector to reduce the number of defects that occur due to labour mishandling of composite moulding.
• Designed several different products and machine parts required for conveying solutions using CATIA.
• Managing budget follow ups and forecasting, drafting safety documentations required for site works, time management for customers’ changing schedules, solving project related issues by working closely with different departments internally and with customers.

o Bachelor's dissertation topic - Development of a Low-Cost CNC Machine for PCB Manufacturer

• Researched in generation of required energy convection from rotational to linear flow using Axis Motors with linear guided slides.
• Used project management tools such as GANTT chart, PERT chart, breakdown structures and other tools to plan, schedule and compare costings of the project. o Master's group project topic - Greener energy production for Shoreham Port – My main responsibilities:
• Conducted technical research on different types of turbines and on their functionalities to find most reliable and suitable ones for this project. Turbines include Francis’s turbine, Kaplan turbine and Crossflow turbine to maximize the generation of greener energy.
• Created AutoCAD designs to find the most optimum configuration settings for the turbine on the different areas of the port.
• Created a simple Fluid flow analysis using Ansys software demonstrating how desired outcome can be achieved with different turbine installed at different areas.
• Created overall costing, Gantt chart and time management plan for the project o Engineering Design & Application Projects

• Pasta Bridge & Robot Wars Project – Conducted calculations, risk assessments and project report while leading and managing the group project. Used SolidWorks to design a 3D bridge structure & the chassis for the robot body, conducted stress analysis, constructed the bridge & manufactured the designed battle robot in a workshop and tested the bridge by adding loads
