In 2017, I was involved in a road traffic accident while on a work trip in Italy. This incident resulted in life-changing injuries, primarily including a splenectomy, brain injuries, 19 broken ribs, 2 punctured lungs, drains on the heart and lungs, among others. During this challenging period, I discovered a personal trainer who worked with me, completely turning my life around.
This experience provided me with purpose, structure, strength, and determination. I have gained firsthand knowledge and a deep appreciation for the positive impact of exercise on both the body and mental well-being. MOVEMENT IS MEDICINE!
