• Lead on DD and raised £2.5m of seed capital, followed by 2 subsequent fundraises (with 2 anchor investors and several others) raising c£45m to fund the bank with support from NOMAD and plc fundraising advisors

• Developed the fast growth strategy for a fintech business and later incorporated it into the RBS payment services division
