Proven experience working on large scale risk transformation projects in both the first and second line of defence. Led teams at local, regional and global levels and experienced in matrix management and virtual working. Excellent knowledge of operational risk principles and a proven ability to communicate risk and control topics in layman’s terms to non-risk professionals, including senior management.
Qualified Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), ITIL Managers Certificate in IT Service Management (Distinction), Management of Projects (MOP) – Practitioner.
