Afikile has always been academically good in business always getting A’s in his grade for business. He has a BTEC National Diploma in business where he received a Distinction. He is well spoken and is able to articulate his points well.
Afikile is friendly and trustworthy. He is always reliable; if he promises to do something it will be done. He is familiar with delivery products because his first job was to transport cars for his friends business for a year with no incidents.
He then worked as a delivery driver for dominos where he gained confidence of the road and the ability to read maps. Afikile is a natural leader and enjoys being a great encourager for the people he works with. He has been a Class Rep, Student Union entertainment officer and Vice President.
He also has been a Student Governor in Peterborough Regional College. He has also lead students in church as a student worker and a student Lifegroup leader. He is a good public speaker and is a vision carrier.
He is an extremely hard worker who is able to deal with complex issue seamlessly. He cares about the work he does and ensures that it is done at a high standard. He is the type of leader that would never ask anyone to do what he would not do himself.
He leads by example and expects anyone he works with to follow his work ethic. He is driven and ambitious, whatever he sets himself to do. He works hard to ensure he succeeds. He takes initiatives and does not wait for others to tell him what to do.
He is effective in the work he does always finding the best way to produce great results with the minimum effort possible. He is a good mediator and a negotiator always looking to satisfy both parties. He is the pace setter of a project knowing when to start and at what pace to ensure that the project begins right and continues to grow regardless of the challenges.
