My name is Afroza Akter. I am a passionate and adventurous person. I am working in Selfridges, Birmingham as a Luxury Brand Ambassador. I have many years of customer service experience where I used to dealing with different customers every day; such as happy customers, sad customers, angry customers etc.

I am a person who always enjoy something new and challenging. I also like travelling to different places and it’s my passion. So if I become a driver, I can easily fulfill my desire. I was looking for this opportunity for so long, so when I have seen the advert , I thought why should not I try my luck today?.

I am a professional and self motivated person. I have over seven years of experience on customer services. At this moment I am working in selfridges , Birmingham as a luxury brand ambassador where I am deal different customers with different matters such as inquiries, payments, complaints etc. I know train driver is a totally different roles than mine but I also know that every job based on customer service and in this case I believe I can fit myself very well.

I don't have any relevant education but I have completed my level 3 on hairdressing.
