When it comes to customer satisfaction I like to think I provide it in all forms. I'm an actor, so I have spent years talking to the public, speaking to various people and managing various situations. Not only that, I've grown in the skill of making people laugh and forming relationships with customers if I see them regularly.

Even if they aren't regulars, I like to think I can also help them remember their time with the company. I have a love for serving in all forms, whether it be entertainment based, drink based or retail based. I like making it that much more enjoyable for everyone if I can.

I was hired as an elf for Father Christmas' grottos, filled in as Father Christmas when he was unwell as an understudy.

Full Time Father Christmas - Chessington World of Adventures Resort

(2025-01 - 2025-12)

I worked full time throughout the Christmas Period as Father Christmas in 2025, not missing a single day and connecting with every so well. I made a bunch of friends.

Scare Actor - Thorpe Park

Staff Member - Thorpe Park

My very first job was at Thorpe park (hours 2pm - 10pm), and I couldn't afford to take the train there and back each day, so I'd take four busses, three hours each way, because I loved the job and wanted to be there for the friends I'd made and the customers I wanted to satisfy. It was very physically demanding and occurred during very late hours of the night.

Character Actor - The London Dungeon

Played 11 of the gross, historical characters at this brilliant immersive attraction. I've met drunk guests, enthusiastic guests and threatening guests, and have grown well versed in helping my colleagues and I when difficult events occur, including looking out for the other customers and employees if things appear to grow dangerous.

Workshop Facilitator - The BRIT School

I volunteered to help deliver a workshop to PRU Students ranging from as young as 12 - 15. I taught them how to embrace their creative side and some of them even ended up graduating from the unit only 2 weeks later!
