I manually assembled PCB's for developmental purposes. My job was to build bare boards from scratch and test the PCB's to see if the prototype works and can be made for mass production. If they weren't I would have to work out why.
I would use circuit diagrams to repair the PCB's and discuss issues with the engineering department. I was also employed to set up a workable stores system as the system in place needed heavy improvements. After completion of the system it was my responsibility to order and maintain electronic components stock.

I looked after home emergency claims for large insurance firms from start to completion. This involves dealing with the initial customer claim and finding a suitable contractor to fix the customers issue. I then update the customer about the status of their claim and inform them of any changes via telephone or text.

I assembled cables and harnesses in this role. In this job I used a variety of skills such as manual crimping, soldering and populating housing assemblies.
Production Assistant at PEM UK (2017-06 – 2021-04)
My role was to solder small components to PCB's and connect the Rogowski coil to the PCB. I also trained new employees to ensure their work meets strict quality standards.
Material Controller at SMS Electronics LTD (2011-05 – 2017-06)
I was initially employed to manually assemble PCB's on the fast moving production line. After three years in this role, I was then asked to apply for the position of Purchasing Assistant. I held this role for a year and a half. The job entailed material purchasing and quoting for new prototype products. I was then promoted to the role of material controller. My job was to ensure that the SMT machines have all the components needed for production.
