Carrying out domestic electrical works and installation support with a focus on cable management, circuit planning, and compliance with 18th Edition standards.

• Carry out domestic electrical works (fault finding, repairs, additions, lighting upgrades, socket/switch replacements, mechanical breakdowns) in line with 18th Edition standards
• Plan and install circuits for kitchens/bathrooms, outbuildings, and garden lighting, including safe routing, drilling, and cable management
• Perform general fabric maintenance: painting/decorating, carpentry repairs, flooring, doorhandle and lock upgrades, silicone and sealant work, leaks, and window/handle repairs
• Treat mould and damp patches, prepare surfaces, and apply protective coatings to prevent recurrence

• Coordinate bookings, route planning, and van stock; maintain tools/testers and calibration records
• Promote and enforce health & safety compliance, ensuring all works are delivered in line with current regulations
• Communicate progress and aftercare clearly to clients; capture before/after media for marketing and warranties
• Prepare quotations, job pricing, timesheets, and holiday cover arrangements, while coordinating out-of-hours work schedules
• Consistently achieve high client satisfaction through proactive maintenance and service delivery
• Supporting daily electrical installation tasks, including cable pulling, routing, and containment work
