Me in a nutshell? With over 25 years’ experience and expertise, I enable organisational growth by shaping and leading implementation of finance and business strategy, and directing the provision of financial and accounting services in commercial market sectors. Insightful and intuitive, I combine creativity with a data-driven approach and well-practised planning skills to ensure the consistent delivery of transformation programmes on time and to scope, and to embed systems that strengthen decision-making, and enhance efficiency and performance.

My aim is to always deliver exceptional performance, to solve critical challenges and to drive efficiency improvements through innovation, contributing to organisational strategic growth while maintaining the smooth running of day-to-day business operations. Adept at successfully delivering major, complex projects and programmes, I continually evaluate progress against outcomes, readjusting priorities and resources when necessary to align with changes in plans. Effective at managing stakeholder expectations, I ensure all teams understand objectives, deliverables and timeframes.
It perhaps goes without saying that I keep informed of latest sectoral developments to promote best practice in forward-planning and decision-making, and to ensure regulatory compliance.
But for me, success is not just about the technical side of things. Building trust-based, mutually positive and productive relationships sits at the heart of my approach, while exemplary interpersonal and communication skills enable me to collaborate with others across functional and organisational boundaries. I pride myself on my ability to bring together different perspectives, and create cohesion.
